The Regular Grove School Board Meetings are scheduled for 5:30 p.m. the second Monday of each month, and will convene in the James Harvey Grove Memorial Library at Grove School, 2800 N. Bryan Road, Shawnee, OK 74804.

Scheduled Regular Session dates for 2024 are: December 9. Special Meetings will be scheduled as needed and/or required. 

Scheduled Regular Session dates for 2025 are: January 13, February 10, March 10, April 14, May 12, June 9, July 14, August 11, September 8, October 13, November 10, and December 8. Special Meetings will be scheduled as needed and/or required.
