Public/Private School Student Records Request

Parents do not need to make the records request nor do parents need to carry the records to the receiving district, the enrolling school will make the records request and the records will be sent to the requesting school. Normally the official records for enrollment are not delivered to the parent or family friends. This is to ensure the confidentially and integrity of the records and to provide safety and privacy for the student.

Grove Elementary School District (Grove School) is a Pre-Kindergarten through Eighth Grade Public Elementary School District located in Shawnee, Oklahoma. Grove School has been a leader in educating students in Pottawatomie County since 1893! Located on the outskirts of Shawnee, Oklahoma, our community school sits on twelve acres. Grove School provides rigorous, full day educational programs for ten grade levels, four-year-olds through eighth grade, all while maintaining a small school, nurturing environment. The current student population is approximately 550, allowing for a teacher to student ratio of approximately 1:19. With a staff of highly qualified and caring individuals, Grove School provides a safe educational environment with high academic expectations for student success.
